We started over thirty years ago in northern Peru, where our family began roasting chickens and learning traditional recipes. Our business started as a family project to share our love of Peruvian food with the community. We started little by little, cooking roast chickens in northern Peru. Every dish we serve uses the same techniques we learned in our homeland.
